BiedBuddy uses the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement, plus the subscription terms below.

The app

BiedBuddy is an iOS app that analyses a Marktplaats listing and gives bid advice. Advice is indicative. You decide what to bid and buy. BiedBuddy is not affiliated with Marktplaats B.V.

Auto-renewable subscription

BiedBuddy offers an auto-renewable subscription to remove ads.

Price: shown in the app and the App Store before you buy (for example €1.99 per month in the Netherlands; price varies by storefront)

Payment is charged to your Apple ID. The subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel in iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, is forfeited when you buy a subscription.

One-time purchase

BiedBuddy may also offer a one-time in-app purchase to remove ads. That purchase is not a subscription and does not auto-renew.

Refunds

Purchases are handled by Apple. Request a refund from Apple, not from BiedBuddy. BiedBuddy never receives your card details.

Acceptable use

Use the app only for lawful personal use. Do not misuse analyses, scrape at scale, or try to disrupt the service.

Liability

Analyses are generated automatically from public listing data. They can be incomplete or wrong. BiedBuddy is not liable for bids, purchases, or losses based on the advice.

If these terms change, we update the date at the top of this page.
